trails of petals withering away,
falling away..
and i stride along,
i belonged.

yet in unfixed circumstance, i dare cower
hide in shame, from laughter.. from the tease

tomorrow will be another day
of savoring you..
through stares and naked glances
unrequited touches
from hands that take me nowhere but to the empty now.

i will not trust to hope for bitter days
